NiEA established the Entrepreneurship Care Committee (ECC) in 2006. This committee is dedicated to fostering entrepreneurial spirit among local youth and providing essential support to early-stage startups across Taiwan. By integrating regional resources and offering personalized guidance, the ECC strengthens the foundations of Taiwan's innovation ecosystem from the ground up.

To empower aspiring entrepreneurs, particularly youth and those in regional areas, by providing accessible consulting services, facilitating crucial resource connections, and offering dedicated mentorship and support throughout their challenging initial stages.

- Startup Consulting: Offering pro-bono advisory services on business planning, market validation, legal setup, and operational basics.
- Resource Matching: Connecting startups with relevant funding sources , co-working spaces, technical expertise, and government support programs available through NiEA's extensive network and regional chapters.
- Mentorship & Guidance: Facilitating connections with experienced entrepreneurs and industry professionals for mentorship, encouragement, and practical advice.
